We couldn't have done any of what we do without the help and support of our volunteers. Come join us for our March 31 cleanup for our Volunteer Appreciation/Anniversary cleanup. Thank you to all who have supported us and lets make our second year even better.
We will be doing a cleanup on March 10th from 8:30-11:00 at South Beach Park in Boca Raton. In an effort to expand it makes up proud to be able to do cleanups in different areas outside of our regular monthly cleanup at Ocean Inlet Park. For directions and information please click here.
Guess what? We're Coastal Stars! What does that mean? Read all about it on our Media page. Click here to see.
We believe our children can make a difference. Parents bring your young ones to show them how cleaning the beach can help our earth. Teachers and organizations you can schedule a cleanup with us. The problem of litter is not limited to certain areas it is every where so let's teach our children how important it is to not litter and adults it can be eye opener for you as well. Contact us info@seaangels.org
A good way to upcycle litter is to make it an art project. Plastic caps can be made into ornaments, plastic bottles into flowers and even a plan glass jar can be decorated and used for many things like a vase or to holding your paint brushes. Check out some of our creative upcycled items made from litter found while doing weekly cleanups-click here.

We recycle do you? The word "Green" is tossed out a lot but follow though is the key. Picking up litter is great but what you do with it can make a whole different impact and step up one's game. That's why we are the leaders in what we do because we make every effort to do our cleanups the right way. These are some of the items we recycle. Batteries, mono-filament fishing line, plastic bottles, caps, cans, glass bottles, plastic utensils any another container that has the appropriate recycle seal on it. Even the bags we use to transport our recyclables can be recycled. click here for our recycling page.

DID YOU KNOW??? ![]() It takes approximately 650 years for mono-filament fishing line to degrade. Most of the fishing line is not bio-degradable and cannot be recycled in normal recycling bins. That is why the Sea Angels maintain and recycle all the fishing line from the 6 bins at Boynton Inlet. To find out more information regarding recycling and the hazards of discarded fishing line click here. (Sea Angels will recycle the fishing line you find during a cleanup) |
THIS IS PART OF THE REASON WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO. Our innocent animals are subjected to our litter. It can be harmful and deadly. Don't they deserve to live in a litter free environment? For more education on litter and animals click here |
